1- 2 cups EW, 3 cups oats

2- 50g whey isolate, 400g rice

3- 50g whey isolate, 150g Karbolyn

4- 8oz beef, 400g rice

5- 8oz chicken, 400g rice

6- 2 cups EW, 3 cups oats

I assume there’s some added fats he didn’t mention, guessing about 80g of fat that’s ~5,520 cal
 
This is from the Fouad Abiad podcast he did with Iain Valliere and Hunter. They compete in Tampa in 2 weeks
 
Wow, that’s a lot more rice then I was expecting. I would figure he would alternate the carb source a little more but what the hell do I know lol.
 
He has posted his diet on his Instagram every week for the past few months. Pretty cool. It’s the last pic in his mandatories.
 
How the fuck he eats three cups of oats is beyond me. Much less twice a day.

Two is my limit......that's a ton of Fucking oats.

I might be mistaken but I’m pretty sure he said his fat source is the beef
 
Could be, this is from the Fouad Abiad podcast he did and I listened to it several times, might have missed that
I can’t remember if I heard there or somewhere else. I do remember hearing him say he does very low fats just not sure where.
 
That much rice and egg whites id be ready to hit myself in the head with a hammer after a month.

The farts from all the EW must be unreal.

I’m assuming the 400 grams of rice is cooked weight, even then it’s fucking insane, most I could do was 100 raw, which goes to roughly double the weight.
