hows my diet look?

how does this look im trying to gain some lean mass .. any feedback would be awsome!~!~

6 eggs 1 corn tortia. 1 slice 12 grain bread. 1scoop of whey

10:15
1 chicken breast

1:00
2 chicken breats 1 cup oatmeal and veggies

3:15
1 1/2 cans of tuna

4:00
Workout

5:30
2 scoops whey with dextrose

7:30
2 chicken breasts or steak with sweet potatoes and veggies

9:30 1 scoop of whey 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
cottage cheese.

I like the look at that diet personally! It looks very clean. Do you drink plenty of water and take any vitamin tabs?
