How wide do you bench? How big is your arch?

Good info there.

As I'm pretty new to lifting heavy (Usually just hypertrophy training)
I've had issues keeping my ass on the bench when I leg drive hard.

I cant go too heavy right now without losing form.
Slowly getting better.

As for positioning,
6'1"
Ring finger on the band is a comfortable position for me.
Some guys have said that I'm a little too tight inside for my height, but I have monster triceps from Bodybuukding and i like to use them lol

I’m not tall but I’ve had the same issue with ass coming off the bench. The best cue I got for that was this. When initiating the leg drive twist the feet into the floor, heels twist inward. For me this caused my gluteus to contract and subsequently push my torso upwards towards the bar. Takes some practice and Ive had to lower the weights to accomplish this.

That sounds like a good tip to try.
It's like you've watched my form lol.

I typically have my heels out a slight bit.
I also know I end up pushing too much with my toes.

I'll give it a try on bench day for sure!

This is kinda long, but watch the entire thing. It addresses everything you just said.

Thanks bro!

Great vid.
Going to have to open this bad boy up at the gym lol.

Just getting back Into lifting right now (Borken knee and cracked elbow.)

So I feel like its the perfect time to work on form, seeing as I wont be lifting too heavy until I'm back in the swing of things!

Great video. Teeters (lightly) to the side of the equipped lifters but nonetheless raw guys could go a long long way with this. After reaching a pretty high intermediate/ advanced level ,raw guys could start tweaking there form/approach/grip a little differently but until reaching that stage, this style provides a great base to learn and progress on, all the while, trying to prevent the usual "poor form" bench press accompanied injuries that we all hope to not experience.
