How to reconstitute properly

I bought some hgh kit but im having difficulty to deal with vacuum force, i was thinking if i can put some air first to lessen vacuum or it will damage hgh ?

I personally just let the vacuum pull my bac water in, but I angle the needle to the side of the vial and also I hold the vile at a 90° angle laid on its side and just let the water flow down the side. The vacuum will do the work for you.

Disclaimer: your GH isn’t some fragile snowflake (I know decades of “knowledge” has said otherwise.

When I reconstitute I use a larger syringe and bac water amount that makes the math in the syringe when drawing easy. Example: 12iu vial, I wanna take 4iu/day, use .9ml so every pin of 4iu is a simple 30 units/.3ml.

Draw bac into syringe, apply some clamping force to the plunger neck so the water doesn’t immediately evacuate the barrel. Slowly trickle it in. With the vial upside down. Once all the water is in, flip over so it mixes. Pull the plunger from the barrel to equalize pressure. Remove syringe. Good to go.
