I know stimulants raise it , but I can't give up caffeine. Lol. I believe a lot of the fat loss from tren comes from its ability to reduce cortisol. Im trying to see if there is something you can supliment with year round that can help keep it in a low range.
That's another FALSE bro science extrapolation!
ASS do not alter cortisol secretion but rather down regulate (decrease the number of) GCC receptors within SKM!
That's one huge difference bc otherwise the adverse effects of AAS would be MUCH more worrisome, as their use would include some degree of immune suppression.
(However it was once believed the effects of AAS were mediated in large part via suppressed GCC secretion, which is also why "cycle tapering" was considered necessary in the 1970s )
But too much cortisol will cause water and fat gain. You want to keep it within a normal range. Lower ab fat is linked to higher cortisol. With tren within a couple weeks lower belly and face are significantly lower without changing diet. Not even cutting gets it down that fast. Too bad a lot of what's ssid about tren is bro science. Out of all gear out their I think it needs to be studied the most.I don't think lowering cortisol is one of the main benefits of tren, or any AAS for that matter. You also don't want too low cortisol levels bc it's an important hormone for progress in the gym believe it or not. Lowered cortisol can also affect your immune system and inflammation negatively.

I don't have evidence. I abuse caffeine and don't sleep well and bloat easy and Carry a layer of lower belly fat. Other wise I'm pretty lean all over. What evidence do you have that you suffer from chronically elevated cortisol levels? Tren has multiple properties that influence what it does in the body. Cortisol specific changes aren't the only or most important.
