How to lower cortisol

Garlic is one I've read lowers cortisol.

I think more diet related items affect cortisol levels. If you consume foods that have anti inflammatory benefits it will help keep cortisol levels lower. So things like olive oil and salmon would be good to add in.
 
I know stimulants raise it , but I can't give up caffeine. Lol. I believe a lot of the fat loss from tren comes from its ability to reduce cortisol. Im trying to see if there is something you can supliment with year round that can help keep it in a low range.

Just add a little tren to your morning java then man!
 
I don't think lowering cortisol is one of the main benefits of tren, or any AAS for that matter. You also don't want too low cortisol levels bc it's an important hormone for progress in the gym believe it or not. Lowered cortisol can also affect your immune system and inflammation negatively.

ASS do not alter cortisol secretion but rather down regulate (decrease the number of) GCC receptors within SKM!

That's one huge difference bc otherwise the adverse effects of AAS would be MUCH more worrisome, as their use would include some degree of immune suppression.

(However it was once believed the effects of AAS were mediated in large part via suppressed GCC secretion, which is also why "cycle tapering" was considered necessary in the 1970s )

What evidence do you have that you suffer from chronically elevated cortisol levels? Tren has multiple properties that influence what it does in the body. Cortisol specific changes aren't the only or most important.

I don't have evidence. I abuse caffeine and don't sleep well and bloat easy and Carry a layer of lower belly fat. Other wise I'm pretty lean all over.

I've cut back soda but coffee and the occasional red bull fulfill my caffeine cravings lol.

Most people's area of stubborn fat is the lower stomach. This isn't solely a cortisol issue. Many factors play into this.

I also don't sleep well but cortisol has never been an issue for me and many others. If you want to know for sure you'll need to do several tests.

The fact that you can get lean and have a muscular physique in and of itself suggests you don't have cortisol issues. Chronically elevated cortisol would make it harder to achieve this state.
