This should probably be posted in the Anabolic Forum, but it doesn't deal directly with steroids so I thought I'd post it here. Everybody wants to start working off the winter fat to be lean and mean for the summer. We've been talking alot lately about diet tips and cardio, etc. I wanted to know about clen, t-3, and eca. I'm still a little hesitant to mess with dnp, but I definately want to fight the fat. What's the best way to use clen, t-3, and/or eca in conjunction with cardio to lean down?

If it matters, here are my stats: 22yrs old, 6'1, 235 @ about 17% body fat. Want to get to around 10% by the end of April, then I'm going to consider doing my first cycle (500mg of test for about 10 weeks) and/or trying to drop even more body fat. I'll cross that bridge when I get there, for now I'm looking at how to safely and effectively use clen, t-3, and/or eca. Thanks, bros.

Beefy, why do you need T3 and that other stuff?? Good ole diet and cardio does the trick just fine. I laughed when I read your stats because I was 235lbs at 6'2 @ 17bf just four weeks ago. Im down ten pounds with eight weeks to go. Im pretty sure that stuff helps but doesn't it take the fun out of it? Any way good luck on your diet and thanks for anny infor that you have provided me with.

So you're kickin' ass au naturale, eh? That's very inspirational, bro. The diet part is pretty easy for me, but I always run low on energy. After three or four weeks on a diet I'm pretty much out of gas. I have a pretty busy life. I run a small business, which keeps me busy from 7am to at least 6pm six days a week. I can't afford to be so tired that I can't get the job done at work, but I'm gonna start jogging before work next week and see how that goes. I've already started cutting calories, but I want to let them down slowly. I just thought I could use something to help carry me through the diet, cardio, and work day.

Well, I eat every 3 or 4 hours. I prefer healthy whole foods. If I can't get those while at work I just eat a protein bar or shake. Right now I'm figuring I probably burn a minimum of about 3,000 calories per day, so I'm keeping my intake around 2,400. I pretty much eat the same things over and over again. A lot of plain whole oats, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes, and the basic protein foods like chicken breast, lean beef, turkey, and tuna. I drink a lot of skim milk, which I've heard contributes to smoothness :cool: , but I don't know if I should even worry about cutting that out with such a high body fat %.
 
Beefy, I know what you mean bro, I loss most of my get up and go during the first two weeks. My life is a busy one, I wake up at 5:30am to eat and to get ready for work. I walk four blocks to the train, ten blocks from the train stop to my job 7:15am. Im there until 4:30pm, I make that damn ten block walk again and make it home around 5:20pm. I hurry up and eat by 5:30pm then I leave for school and I there from 6:15pm until 8:45pm then I hit the gym until 10:30pm. I make it home around 11:00pm eat, talk with my wife, watch sportcenter, take bath and go to sleep. It's only like this for four days out of the week but I feel like shit every day.

Thats a pretty good diet. Might consider cutting out the sweet potatoes. That would greatly lower your carb intake. I know they're really yummy. But nutrionally speaking they ain't worth much. Brown rice is a superior source of both soluble and insoluble fiber plus its carbs are slowly absorbed. Actually its the best food source of fiber I know of, even better then oats. I'm hunting for a good protein bar that isn't too tough to chew(false teeth)and doesn't taste like crap.
 
My experiences with protein bars have been, well....less than hopefull. What pisses me off are the ones out there that are chock full of trans fat, high fructose corn syrup, and low grade protein. I've ate a few of those only to find out after intensive label reading that I just put processed crap into my body. :eek: If I find anything with as much as a ray of hope shining down upon it I'll let you know.

Detour bars taste pretty good, but they're basicly just a good alternative to a Snickers. Other than that I usually go with Met-rx Big 1000, or something like that. I only eat protein bars when I'm in a pinch, so I'm forced to rely on what ever is available.
