How to fit all the food in

Im currently only 62.5kg dripping wet and eating about 2400 calories a day.

I'm struggling to both put on weight and I'm finding that cooking, preparing and eating food is taking over my life.

Any tips on how to get these callories in and why I might not be gaining on 2400 cals a day?

Could it be an absorbtion issue?

I find it hard to believe that Im chewing through 2500 cals a day at my weight and activity level.

Burgers, ribeyes, raw eggs, oatmeal, whey, peanut butter, and pop tarts. In large amounts. I'm putting down 3,600 right now, and still waking up hungry and going over. Sucks the first week, then you normalize to it.

Breakfast alone is 1500, just from a pack of pop tarts, and a good size shake.

As far as prep, get a crock pot. Make large batches of protein. Then add to birdseye protein blends ( frozen and tasty). Walmart has these new quinoa and rice things that are bomb too, 90s in the microwave and you've got a fuckload of good carbs.

6 eggs, two scoops of whey, a cup of whole milk, and 2tbs PB comes out to almost 1200cal. Thats half of your daily right there ( which should probably be higher).

I see what you did there. Don't forget olive oil or peanut butter. Hell, whole milk for someone struggling that hard.

Oh yeah for sure. May as well use whole eggs in his case too. Im just on pretty low fats so mine are all mixed with water hahha. i actually kinda prefer water, I've never been a huge fan of milk except for like in cereal.

I tried water when I was doing low carb before the meet and I could barely drink it. Also today I was out of oats and tried grits. Would not recommend.

Really? Huh, i usuallt have a bunch of bananas in there and it usually comes out really creamy almost like a milkshake. Yeah...grits doesnt sound like they would make a very good shake hahah

Ya know whats really bad? Raw egg whites by themselves. Never again. They have like no flavor, but at the same time they taste disgusting. It doesnt make any sense

Lol you guys.... Be happy you're able to add weight right now you bastard.

Want to bulk?
Don't care how?

Gallon of milk a day
3 servings oatmeal with 4 eggs for breakfast (I would do sausage too)

2 hours later a fat ass pb and j (3 servings PB)

2 hours later eat a cup of rice and a juicy ass burger chopped in it with hot sauce

2 hours later eat Some bullshit whatever and a protein shake

2 hours later eat some more bullshit whatever and a protein shake

Before bed a big ass pb and j and a protein shake

That's about 5-6k calories depending on your " bullshit whatever"

Sorry bro, dieting and this just sounds amazing to me.

Edit- probably my worst advice ever
Edit2- but I would love to be able to do this
Edit3- I don't advise this for maximal muscle/fat ratio gain. Fuck let me elaborate

Meal 1: 1.5 cup oats plain ( add 1/2 cup milk, brown sugar and cinnamon = healthier) along with 6 eggs , 2 whole 4 whites. W/ cup of milk

Meal 2: 8oz lean beef with 50-60g of carbs of choice

Meal 3: 8oz chicken with 50-60g of carbs of choice w/ 2 cups of milk

Pre workout: 6oz chicken - 50-60g carbs - 15-20g fat
Of choice

Post workout: protein shake with water

45-60minutes after shake: 8oz beef with 50-60g carb of choice

Meal 4: peanut butter and jelly sandwich with 2 cups of milk

OK I've been trying to up my fat a bit but I think maybe Im not upping them enough.

I'm trying to eat as clean as possible so Ive been having about 5 meals a day and adding half an avocado to each meal. Doesnt always happen though.

I feel like Im getting bloated and just eating too much and I'm force feeding it.

Perhaps I need to lower my carbs a bit and start leaning more on fats.

Or just add more fats.

What's the most amount of fats a person can have in a day? Is fatty liver an potential issue?

Some great responses here.
