How to eat more!!

Plain and simple. How do you eat more. I'm literally gagging halfway through meal 3. It is extremely disappointing. I have tried to eat slow and chew food until it's mush. Tried smoking bud to get the munchies, ended with the same results. I'm litterly debating putting my food in a blender and drinking it.
 
It can be a struggle my man, no doubt. I find the longer I chew the worse it is. Maybe put something on it that is tasty like a sauce or something salty if that's your thing. I wouldn't do it everyday but once in a while it's ok.
It gets easier but everyone has one of those days once in a while. Idk how long you have been eating clean but I find it helpful to have a cheat meal once a week. Something to look forward to
 
yeah i have been throwing siracha in there. Three of my six meals have chicken and brown rice. That's where i am having my problems. I have been eating clean for a while on and off aas. I just keep my diet extra tight on cycle. I have found that i can eat as much as i want if it tastes good. favorite cheat meal by far is hooters wingz. I guess i need to find something different to eat that has the same macros but tastes completely different. Any ideas
 
Potatoes instead of rice. Throw in some salmon and lean steak for a sub. Black beans also work. My diet is pretty uninteresting. I also switch out brown for white rice. One week one, one week the other. I really like avacado in my chicken and rice. Dice up half an avacado into bite sized chunks.

Yeah i will do. I find that if i cook it, and eat it immediately after rather then cook mass quantities. it goes down better fresh
 
Eating is a discipline. I have to work at it just like I work in the gym. I eat enough chicken and am so sick of it that I shred it in a food processor and hit it with spicy mustard. I will be sick of that in a month and move onto something else. Constantly changing it up is the only way for me.
 
Leave like notits and furious said, you gotta change it up. I fucking hate chicken right now, I dont care how its cooked. A couple months ago protein shakes made me sick. Eating clean is hard but theres a million recipes out there. Also you gotta play around with different seasonings as long as theyre not full of sugar and salt.
 
If you eat six meals a day. Dont make the plates as big. I just eat 3-4 bigass meals and whatever snacks in between. If your trying to make those six meals as big as possible you might have trouble.

I think that's what I'm gonna end up doing that. I can drink protein for days. Just the food part. Food before powder though
 
Hide calories inside of shakes by using coconut or olive oil, seeds, nuts, peanut butter, etc. Get creative. I hide an extra 750-1000 calories a day in my shakes. It adds up and doesn't make me feel like shit like I do when I try to eat that many calories.

Yup. A cup of peanut butter in a shake is 1500 calories. I drink a gallon of milk a day- 2800 calories and 128 grams of protein. Eating is easy when you drink 4200 calories and 25o grams of protein between those two... otherwise its impossible for me to hit six or seven grand.

I used to do a gallon of milk a day. That fucks with my stomach way too much nowadays. I would highly recommend this to anyone who can handle it though. You will grow substantially if you keep it up.
 
Eating takes as much displine as weight-training . Your taste buds are your worst enemy , you must eat for your body , not your taste buds , which will destroy your diet in no time .

When you eat something like chicken & rice , use a huge spoon , not a fork . And shovel it down , the quicker you eat the better . Of course dont try this with steak or you will choke , but still chew and eat fast .

Get into a "Zen state" where all that matters is eating as much as possible , see yourself getting bigger & bigger (auto-suggestion) .

As a snack i will sit down and eat nilla waffers and peanut butter with a giant glass of milk. By the time im done i have taken in over 100 grams of protein. Discovered this great munchie food back when i smoked weed.

I can't believe you throw down a gallon of milk at your age at least you are close to the point your body shouldn't do well with milk. I had 2 glasses yesterday and I am dealing with it today ....wait or was it that sheet of brownies.
