Exactly. I'm not interested in a mortgage and new car payment. I'd still live in a trailer and drive an old car if I made $50k. I'd just have a much better quality of life. Go on vacations and stuff. You never know when everything is going to come crashing down on you anyway. I'd rather enjoy life and have plenty put back and invested rather than have a bunch of stuff I don't need and be a slave to debt. Of course I've never had anything, lol, so what do i know?

Exactly. It would be great just having a little extra to go and do something different every once in a while, take a weekend trip or whatever instead of just the same thing every day. Closest i get a vacation is going to the gym lmao.

Same and the occasional out of state powerlifting meet. Almost every day is a vacation for me since I had to start working part time. Instead of enjoying it though every day is another day closer to bills being due and that i didn't make any money. I do have an interview in the morning, so we'll see how that goes. They told me to dress business casual and i don't own any business casual at all, lol.

Just wear a stringer and some shorts, tell em lifting IS your business hahahaha

Trips are nice but take it from someone who blew half his income on trips last year....Most places it's all the same shit, it's "where am I gonna eat? Where am I gonna stay? What are we gonna do now?"

It's the spur of the moment bullshit things I've done that were always the most fun, lots of day trips and things more affordable. We tend to become jaded as we get older and we totally overcomplicate shit. Instead of going camping with a cheap tent and a backpack we convince ourselves we can't enjoy it unless we have a camper and a 60k truck to tow it. That's kind of what I'm talking about. Any of u guys ever looked into Airbnb? I swear I'll never stay in a hotel again, if you want more affordable lodging at places far nicer than hotels I'd suggest checking it out, it an app like Uber

Apparently im in the top 0.07% and am the 4,404,961st richest person in the world. I dunno though, i always thought i was the 4,408,257th richest person. Calculator is BS i think.

Also for you guys who feel bad about your income, just remember this. You already won the lottery if you were lucky enough to be born in a first world country. You couldve been born anywhere, the favelas of brazil, the dunes of the middle east, etc. to simply be born in a first world country makes you luckier than the majority of ppl in the world, never forget that, no matter how hard your life seems, you are so much luckier than so so many others.

Some people spend 30, 40 years of their life just trying to get to the place your life began from. Appreciate it everyday.
