How much does timing matter with hgh?

Is there any issue with injecting HGH say 1hr after breakfast? e.g. a bowl of Crunchy nut cereal with full cream milk.
Or do we need to wait longer?
 
what is your goal in taking rhGH? Sounds like you could achieve vastly more by simply getting your diet in check.
Ive been on HGH for a longtime now, very happy with the results.
For sports/gym/recovery etc.

I've been mostly doing pre bed shots or fasted pre workout.
It's just recently after upping the dose for pre bed HGH, it's making me hyped up with sleep and I can't always have the time to do fasted shots, hence asking if there would be a noticeable impact negatively taking HGH after breakfast instead of fasted.

How much did you increase the dosage from where you were sleeping normally?
 
Personally I have to take my growth in the morning. If I take it at night, I can't sleep at all because it increases my body temps along with stimulating me to an extent. I track my sleep and my deep sleep is always non existent when I do that.
As of right now I've been loving taking it 3 hours before the gym IM and then take my insulin pre with carbs.
All in all, most people just say as long as you get it in is what matters most.

True, can definitely feel the body temp rise.

Within three weeks on GH before bed that issue was gone when most people say they start having that issue on GH. But I delt with it my most my life over 30 years for sure. I’m thinking I may have actually been deficient in GH. Wish I would have gotten a blood test before I started.

Dang. That is awesome that it cured that. I am one of the ones that GH causes mine and wakes me up at night. Really messes with my sleep.

I tend to pin am because of that. Been using ipamorelin before bed and it’s taken a lot of the edge of the gh out of sleep, but I had positive sleep impact with it alone and had a bunch lying around.
