Maybe. There's not much there. Certainly doesnt need any steroids. That's all made in the kitchen.
i’m on the skinnier end at the moment. Do you recommend I cut down as far as humanly possible and then small surplus from there trying to never lose the leanness or slight surplus now and cut down when the mass is packed on? Maybe very slight deficit like 300 I would still be able to put some muscle on while getting leaner? I guess it’s the same end result but which would you think would be best?
 
I guess if his legs are sticks and never trained he could maybe be 135 I guess.
Idk, my upper body is skinnier but i have above average legs for sure(talking about average population not bb) and im 183cm 66/67kg that should be 6.0 145/146lbs

i guess the weight doesn’t mean too much in terms of aesthetics when not talking about bodybuilding. Just how lean you are with some slight development.

Btw being just skinny and not training looks bad,im low bf but u cant really see my abs because are non existent lmao but i dont realli care lol

Yeah I like the skinny very low bodyfat look like the pic I showed but it still does require some time in the gym to build that foundation if muscle. I started direct ab work so I don’t have that issue.

I want to pack on a bit more mass but want to shed some bodyfat also since I’m not quite at the bodyfat I would like. Something like the pic I posted is my goal, at least for now. Not sure if I should try gaining some muscle in a slight deficit, i’m by no means an experienced lifter.

I train but not in the gym lol
Just train cycling i should do sometimes core but i dont want to gain weight lol

i appreciate it, its just a matter of deciding what course of action i need to take to achieve the goal. i hate looking puffy and shitty which is why i’m thinking to dropping down on my ideal body fat and then just maintaining a constant surplus of 200 a day tops to limit fat gain as much as possible and not bloat up from some big bulk and be able to cut any fat gain quick. That being said i’m not happy with the level of muscular development yet so ideally i would be in a slight deficit while still being able to build some mass. I’m not sure how much of a meme it is to do that, or if that only doesn’t work for very experienced individuals.

I train them twice a week don’t worry. IIRC he was formerly a 220 lbs roider but evidently downsized significantly.

None of the pictures you shared were of people who were ever 220, unless they were just a fat sack of shit.

You're asking how to get that look, but we don't know what direction to point you because we don't know your current condition. The advice we would give a skinny fat 160 pounder is very different than that of a tubby 210 pounder, or even a moderately fit 160 pounder. I can tell you this- the answer isnt just some generic steroid cycle.
