As I said earlier, I can't handle the severe shin pumps. Creatine basically gives me chronic compartment syndrome. I can't run, I can't even walk. If I didn't have this problem, it would be the only thing I'd use. I get the most extreme pumps in my whole body. I can move any muscle I want and get it pumped and burning without even using a weight. I'm a hyper responder. I've even considered injecting botox into my shin muscles to try and reduce the muscle I have.
Maybe you have a problem with the veins, not that you are taking creatine? You checked for thrombosis and varicose veins.

I don't use it monohydrate bloats my stomach and doesn't feel good why should I use it for 1lb or 2 of water I won't.
I'm willing however to try kre alkalyn as I'm being told it causes no water retention no stomach bloat and only increased power. Has anyone here use it ?

Try creatine HCL capsules. I think that will solve the bloating problem. Some people say they don't believe there is a difference between any creatine types, but they are wrong. There is a difference. I don't know about Kre Alkalyn. I do know that creatine HCL is what you need. I've used Con-cret and Caged Muscle, and some generic brands. All of them worked.

Allright, pretty interesting answers and theories.

I wonder how many believe that 5 grams is not enough, also would you say that 10 grams for us heavier enhanced guys is more beneficial?

I don't know. I think 5g of monohydrate is enough for most people. It builds up in your body and and then stabilizes. With 5g, most guys will hit their maximum creatine storage level. But if you have more muscle, then you can probably hold more creatine, but it's hard to know if that extra muscle will outpace the 5g creatine you'd take everyday. I would give 10g a shot and see what happens. And I always found that creatine is absorbed better with sugar and salt, after or during a workout.

If you take creatine HCL, the dosing is smaller. And it isn't as good as creatine monohydrate for gains and strength, but it's still really good and you are much less likely to bloat. The dose of HCL is smaller. You won't take 5g a day of creatine HCL. You can get by on 1.5g a day or maybe 3g a day. You could take 5g of creatine HCL a day but it's more expensive.

I have heard positive reviews about the creatine hydrochloride formula.

I'm not sure what is necessary and necessary to switch to 10 g.

Anyone willing to comment why they don't use creatine?

For me it seems kinda overhyped thing, I never noticed that much of an effect even when I was natural. At the same time whenever I stop using it and after 2-3 weeks I notice energy levels drop quite a bit if I can call it like that.

So for me it's more like I don't even notice it and think why would I take it? But after I stop and some time passes I realize it was doing something and that something is missing now. Not anything significantly though.
