How many mgs of test do you need to maintain your body weight?

What amount of test do you think (if any) is necessary to maintain: 175, 190-200, 225, 265, 280-300lbs?

How much do you use for a maintenance or health phase and at what bodyweight? I am not asking about how much gear it takes to get there initially.

Personally I used 250-300mg from 190-225 during maintenance or cruise/health phases (whatever you want to call a period with only testosterone) and will slightly step it up to hold 260-265

In order to lose more bodyweight on 75mg without a tormenting diet, I took 9 months off of the gym back in 2021-2022. "What amount of test do you think (if any) is necessary to maintain: 175, 190-200, 225, 265, 280-300lbs?" That got me down to 225.

More cutting back on calories, morning fasted cardio has got me under 220 in the years since, 215 this morning, and I am on 120mg a week now and not religious about my resistance training anymore. If I start lifting too regularly, I float back up over 220 again.

I trained for over 4 decades struggling to put on weight one pound at a time (starting from a weight of 92 pounds as a teenager, lol) and after two years of lifting at 6 feet tall weighing 140 pounds . . . and kept lifting and lifting, always trying to add weight. Never used any hormones until I was in my 40s and already losing strength slowly due to age and declining hormones. Testosterone fixed that right away. Then if that is good, second time around testosterone and deca must be better, and so on . . . until I finally hit 251 pounds a few years ago. So . . . I was 111 pounds heavier than I was after my first two years of lifting hard and eating everything in sight (I won't compare to when I was 92 pounds (lol, 251-92 = X), because I was not finished growing in height, but I guess my parents did not realize what would happen when they bought me a weight set for Christmas and took me to see Conan The Barbarian at the drive in movie theater).

Nowadays I am trying to downsize while staying healthy and looking decent naked.

Some need about 350, others 250. I did 275g in HF when i was 96kgs ~211 in my good old days
