How many carbs per day are you taking in currently?

Currently I am averaging about 111 carbs per day. Very low numbers with one high carb day a week. Its tough sometimes as my mind gets foggy and I feel tired in the afternoon. I dream literally of my high carb day which takes place every Saturday. I always plan my meals ahead of time for that day. For example this week will be Kodiak cakes with organic cinnamon maple syrup and some Kerry Gold Butter. Along with half of a banana and cup of strawberries. I also will be eating a bowl of Ezekiel Cinnamon raisin cereal with that and using some Ezekiel tortillas for my eggs/egg whites that I will have for my main protein source. Spinach and tomatoes to go with that along with some habanero salsa and fresh sweet corn off the cob of course. That will be my pre workout meal.

Anyway how many grams of carbs per day are you taking in?

Off days i get 50C which is about 10C per meal.
Training days i get 300C. 50 pre-workout, 100 intra-workout, 150 post-workout.
Also 1 cheat meal per week which is usually pretty high in complex carbs but i dont track that so i cant tell how much haha.
 
Only god knows haha! But I go on how I look I add some in if I get low in blood sugar it's usually really high. And certain drugs play a role too and everyone is completely different.
 
Right now I'm just a touch over 600g. This is the point where eating becomes a full time job, and the most challenging part of the process
