How do you guys deal with bloat on such high food, GH, and insulin?

I’ve noticed this is not just HGH, Slin, or high food on its own. This bloat is a combo of all 3. I get it without GH when on the same amount of food just not as bad.

I’m talking extreme distended stomach. By the end of the day I look pregnant. Even when I wake up, I can hardly pull a vacuum. By the end of the day forget it, I’m so bloated I’m getting shortness of breath

Diet is extremely clean. All foods agree very well with my stomach, just not in this quantity. Pineapple with each meal, as well as daily sauerkraut.

It is the most prominent after my intra workout shake, which contains dextrose and whey. I take 10iu humalog pre and post workout.

How do you guys deal with this? Is this just part of being a bodybuilder? I’ve been dealing with this for well over a year just checking if this is normal

Great points in the posts above. Post history says you used 12iu GH, try 4 instead. Post up your whole diet too, whole cycle et.c.
3.6g AAS 1:1 test EQ, 6iu GH nightly bolus, 10iu Humalog pre and post workout

Meal 1
2 bananas, 4x sourdough

Intra
Scoop of whey, 100g carbs via dextrose

Meals 2/3/4
Chicken breast, white rice, pineapple

1 gallon fat free milk daily
4270cal 653c 324p 19f

Probably dont blast 1.8g of test and 1.8g of EQ 12iu hgh like you posted about. Come on bro you post the same thread with a slight difference every day after asking about further damaging your heart which shows evidence that you’ve got issues. Your body just can’t tolerate what you’re doing to it, is it that hard to understand?

this guy is a lost cause...fucked himself up to the point of legit organ problems and continues to blast against the advice of pretty much everyone on meso. Don't waste good advice here. Just looking for reasons to ignore root causes.

Your diet has fuck all variety and lack a varietry of nutrition/nutrients.

Where is the protein in meal 1?

what is 1 scoop of whey supposed to achieve? thats barely 15-20g protein depending on the protein powder and the size of the scoop.

that 100g dextrose is going to sit like a brick in your stomach, its excessive. Thats just abusing dextrose to cover the insulin.

listen to the guys that posted before me.

Meal 1 is pre workout meal, 25g protein in the intra workout shake to shuttle into the muscles as I’m training, pretty common for insulin protocols, and 100g dextrose is also not in any way outlandish

No its not.

Nearly every pre-workout meal contains protein, not just slamming carbs.

Also, a good insulin protocol is setup to compensate for carbs, not the other way around which it looks like you are doing.

Your first paragraph was the key to everything. You need to cut back on some things. At your age why would you rush to put on tons of muscle/mass? Look up CBum's videos. He had to retire at 30 because he was feeling fcked up from being on so much gear at a young age. He's going into detail about how he is fixing things now.

Ok I understand your thinking behind your diet strategy, but you have to expand your perspective on nutrition. Pineapple is the only thing you get a bonus point for and you need a couple dozen bonus points before it is a good diet.

First of all, FIBER. Your diet has no fiber. Well maybe a few grams from the bananas, but for the calories you are eating, that needs to be multiples of that. I recommend you start with two fiber sources on a daily basis. In the morning, either have overnight oatmeal, search for recipes on google, it tastes great. I do mine with 100g steel cut oats, mixed with 1tbsp flax seed, almond milk, 2 scoops whey, and have it sit in the fridge at least 24h before consuming. I then put 0.5% fat quark, about 167g, one large sliced banana and sliced strawberries or blueberries or raspberries, and a very thin layer of honey. If you don't like this version of oatmeal, you can soak your oatmeal overnight with some whey and then blend it up in the morning with the same stuff with or without the quark. Second fiber source is 1tbsp psyllium husk before bed.

This will help your insides. No wonder you are so bloated, you are jamming all that food but doing nothing to help it go through or get properly absorbed.

Next up do something so you don't develop food allergies. You can't pound chicken breast 4 times per day, day in day out. Rotate between very lean beef, chicken breast, egg whites with a yolk or two, white fish, salmon. Have some white or sweet potatoes for a change from rice.

Put all your meals into something like cronometer (seems like the best app/site I have found so far) and check your micronutrient data. You are doing well on B vitamin intake but you have gaps here and there. Without adequate micronutrients, the whole system isn't functioning properly.

Regarding your AAS protocol, since you are ending up with issues and don't know how to manage them, I suggest you find a top tier coach that has managed to get clients to compete at the Olympia or at a similar level and is health conscious. They'll either have you start over and start low or they will show you how to do it and not malfunction.

On top of everything the others have said, you might have some degree of lactose intolerance and that gallon of milk is not helping
The GOMAD diet was one of the worst mistakes I made in my lifting journey. It should be a last resort approach to gaining weight in my opinion, like "you're going to die unless you gain weight" type of situation.

Even if you're not typically lactose-intolerant, your body can only produce so much lactase so you'll need to supplement that enzyme in order to effectively digest all that lactose.

He said elsewhere that he wants a pro card by 25. He’ll be lucky to make it with the shit he’s doing to himself.

sounds like yet another delusional kid thinking he can just speed force himself into becoming a pro with halfassed diet, training and abusing drugs.

what makes you think you even have the genetics for it?

your diet and the rest of your setup doesnt look like someone that does what it takes and executes like a pro. I'd be curious to see your training and your training efforts and execution as well.

Fitting a square peg into a hole until you ram the shit in pieces..
