How do you feel about intermittent fasting?

Have you ever been in a similar situation and had success or benefit using aas after an injury?
Of course, ass helped me recover faster after an injury. There were damage to the muscles and ligaments.
 
Sounds good my first cycle was test E for 12 weeks at 500mg/week.

Personally I would go with 500 a week, but if you want to start with 300 go for it. To me that is just slightly above normal levels and you will most definitely shut down your natural test levels post cycle.

For your question on an injury, I had a pretty bad broken leg (open fracture). Once I was able to move around a bit I took 200mg of test and 200mg of deca per week. Hit the physio hard and made a full recovery.


Also: I don’t think you are nowhere near 20%bf. I would estimate you 12-15% from the picture I saw.

Dosages are definitely up for debate. I believe there will be that line for me where I can achieve results with a reasonable amount of gear but I’ll need to find where that is and the amount that makes it worth shutting myself down for.

I like not being in a rush to hop on, gives me a chance to gain knowledge from peoples experience and develop my proposed cycle.
I am definitely just going to start with test, but more recently I have been considering the idea of finishing with an oral for the last 4 weeks. Add a little extra gas at the tail end since Id like to keep the test lower throughout the cycle. At least if I add another compound at the back end I’ll be knowing by then exactly how I’m responding to testosterone, so introducing something else will be less confusing if sides start up.

Protein is fairly consistently around
200-220g/day.

12-15% bf you figure? Well now I think your Canadian side is really showing…you are too kind. Haha. Would be awesome. I must be at least 5% more. That angle worked well for me. I actually was just searching a couple days ago for a dexa scan location near me so I may just find out for sure soon.

I have read a lot of studies that suggest degradation towards tendons from aas, testosterone in particular, but these studies are not under the same conditions as the brother here may be. Good to hear positive feedback in that regard for sure.
