How do I prevent rapid water weight gain after a Mini Cut? (Adding back in GH)

Hey guys. Was running 12iu GH for about 8 weeks on my push phase. Slowly worked up from 4iu.

I ran 12iu last cycle as well, 0 issue. But this push phase, I’m holding so much more water (while running the same anabolics, same diet)

I noticed my fbg climbing to prediabetes range. Long story short I did a 2 week insanely aggressive mini cut and added in Reta. Dropped calories from 7k down to 1300-1800 daily. I’m currently down 23lbs. Nice and chiseled. I also pulled out GH entirely for a week. My fbg now is great.

I added back in GH a couple days ago at 4iu. FBG still good. I have 4 days left of this mini cut. Diet is very clean. Minimal junk even at 7k cal

How do I avoid a severe water weight rebound once adding back in calories?

I dont know how old you are but if you care so much about looking dry and chiseled in the jaw n face, drop HGH

GH makes me ugly. I’m cool with the water retention, just not the water retention I got this push phase. This time it was more like 20lbs of water vs the 10lbs I gained last cycle. Water weight is part of the game but the amount I was experiencing was unreal

I mean fair enough to each there own, but if you trying to minimize water weight, run the stack above

its well tolerated and been on it
 
I been on GH for 5 months and I got way stronger
I mean you would of got stronger without the GH,

but form a cost to benifit ROI, IMO its not worth if your not planning on competing tbh.
You would got more stronger with extra test, or adding anavar.

So many variable's that you cant alone say its the HGH.

on top of that HGH helps indirectly, better sleep = better gains, better apitite = better gains, better recovery = better gains(This is minor)

But in terms of HGH itself building more mass???, androgens still dominate compared to IGF-1 in terms of hypertrophy its not even close.

The bodybuilders using it to become mass monsters are pairing it with insulin majority of the time to make it worth, which in that case is pretty good synergistic combo.
 
Easiest way to mitigate water weight while on HGH is lowish carbs and lowish sodium. Electrolytes are super important though so make sure your getting them in but if your eating sub 200g carbs and medium sodium you shouldn’t hold as much water

You confidently thumbs down my post just to be wrong n provide a sub par ineffective method that everyone already knows.

You do realize GH induced water retention is from hormonal signaling right ?
So if you lower sodium:
You’re still increasing renal sodium absorption !
Your still activating part of the RAAS system !

(A system I don’t even think you understand)
So even if sodium intake is lowered the kidneys still become more efficient onto holding to what’s more available.

Low Sodium might reduce it by mesially 10-20% which isn’t fuck at all.

Until Eplerenone + HCTZ walks into the room n take care of it.
HCTZ is optional
But Eplerenone is must, you don’t over consume potassium

Yea I thought you would say something along the lines of intramuscular water which is why I said HCTZ is optional since it’s known to effect some of that, some people use it cause it can work synergistically with Eplerenone if the water retention is too much.

You should see full results by week 1 when it reaches steady state in your system, plus it giga underrated for BP, and cardiac remodeling benifits
