Had a issue with my prescription methylphenidate plus caffeine. Just a little pain and soreness. My base protocol is going to be
• Abstinence from all stimulants
• 45 min of Zone 2 steady state cardio 5 times weekly
• 8 hr sleep obviously
• Hydrating properly with electrolytes
This is VERY basic health stuff and I know these will be the biggest impact but i want in depth advice on how I can fix this. Also I'm lifetime natty.
