how big should I end up

Also, if you are intent upon doing a cycle while dieting, which wouldn't be the worst idea, then I'd say to run 500mg test/wk to fight off muscle loss. On top of that, you might gain another 5lbs, if you're lucky. When you reach 10-12%, you could then add in the winny if you would like.

That sounds like a plan. I have done ALOT of research on dnp over the last few weeks and that is some scary shit. The sound of dnp flu sucks. I am going to start eating cleaner starting today(50% Protien, 40% Carbs, 10% fat). Bumping the cardio up by 10 minutes each week till i hit around two 30 minute spilts of cardio a day. Do you think that is going to be enough? I still am going to train 3 on 1 off. I am also planning on scale my calories down 200 or so every week till i get around 2,500 a day. I wanna run this till about early may or june to see how much i can trim of with out anything. Then I will take your advice on the test 500mg/wk along with clen/T-3. Thanks to all the vets here on the board I have learned quite alot of knowledge over pass month or so. I get on and usually read once a day for a while. This is better then any magazine out there. BUMP to ALL. You guys let me know what you think of the current plan i am working.

Since you've done your DNP research you probably already know this, but i figured i'd post it anyway. Make sure you keep your body well hydrated while on DNP.

Read through this thread to get an idea of diet. Its what Grizz and I have set up to help him drop fat. I am doing a somewhat similar approach, but have my training dictated specifically to complement the nutrition part. So far Ive dropped ~8 pounds of fat in 5 weeks with no loss in LBM (other than what can be attributed to water).

Unless you are a competitive bodybuilder, I just don't see the advantages of being that big.

You would probably look a lot lot better lean at 230 lbs. One of our heavyweights on my team (muay thai) was 6'1 230 and pretty ripped and looked f'n menacing.

When he was bigger he looked kinda soft and even fat. Lean and strong is the way to go. Keep in mind, your average guy is about 175 or 180 lbs in this country. SO 230 lbs looks pretty jacked UNLESS you are at the olympia.
