Also, go easy on the training when you're off. If you try to continue to train like you did when on, the cortisol level will surely eat up your gains. It is easy to overtrain during the off period.

I have made this mistake in the past with my legs, and lost almost 2" very quickly as a result. I am now in the long process of trying to correct that....pretty much by starting all over. It sucks.

why the nolva thoughout the cycle, that slow down gains. I would just keep some on hand in case you need it, plus 500mg test and 300mg deca are very conservitave doses you should be fine.

besides the above answers, keeping gains is also about how fast you get your natural test production up. using hCG will definately help in getting the balls back to size...thereby allowing for faster recovery of natural test production. all this adds up to being able to keep more gains.

have a nice day

Well said bro. I would actually start to go easy on your training at least a week before you come off to get your body used to not lifting as much weight. Naturally you will not be able to lift as much as when you are on. Later, bigwil

Creatine (5g daily) , clomid (50mg daily) ,tons of food-protein and you'll keep 85% of it! At leat I did.

As others said, go easy on the training when you come off. It will reduce the chance of injury and give your body the chance to recover from the cycle. I personally like to use a lot of glutamine post cycle, but creatine may work better for others.

Lower workout volume, keep intensity up. Get in and out of the gym as quickly as possible to limit stress hormone production and atrophy. Insulin, igf, and pgf2 work well if you are ready to take that step.

how long do i take it easy, or not as heavy, in the gym after the cycle? when is it time to start heavy again assuming i dont do a cycle for a while?

It's hard to say, since everyone's different. I believe that's where your own instincts should come into play. Besides training hard, you should also train smart. And that means knowing when to say when.

My mistake was that I continued trying to use the same weight and intensity, despite not even being able to. I forced myself to do it. Big big mistake, and I have learned that is very counterproductive.

My advice is, when you come off, and you begin to lose strength, don't force yourself to do anything that you were able to do while on. We are not machines, not even while on steroids...even thought you feel like you are.

There is one thing that you must try to do when you are off, like you did while you were on...that is to continue eating an adequte amount of protein. Besides cortisol, you also are more suseptible to catabolism during your off time.

hcg, clomid, proviron, glutamine peptides, and a ton of creatine help me keep a good percentage of my gains... that in combination with lots of sleep and lots of food... good luck coming off bro
