Best sauce. Not too hot. Perfect for eggs. Not so great chicken. Great workhorse.

What is your go to sauce / hot sauce?

Been through a number over the years, but this one’s probably the last:

Cholula Chili Lime

I’d go through a couple of the $6 5oz bottles every week or so, so I just buy the 64oz foodservice sized bottle now, and fill a condiment squeeze bottle with it. 75% cheaper this way:

. Amazon.com

Crystal is superior to tabasco is my preferred for chicken. For red sauce my go to is the Valentina black label when I want the heat. I don’t particularly like sriracha any longer.

Other condiment per se I have been eating a lot of is kimchi or other pickled foods w proteins. Makes it much less boring and doesn’t add unnecessary fats

If you want some elvation to your pallet here are a few options.
From left to right

1. Periperi: perfect for chicken any bbq very low cals
2&3. Truff: if you dont hate the taste of truffle these 2 are the best of theire line
4. the name says it
5. chunky garlic has great texture can be added on rice/past/eggs

bonus but i ran out of it. Scotch Bonnet: this one isn't foe the weak. Try at yoir own discretion. What i personally love about it is it has pickled texture with a small zesty hint not just burning hot sauce. Very
