Honest Hgh 11 month results

I'm going to have a good read into them, iv never actually known anyone use these.. Have you tried on arms?

Yep - killer pumps & vascularity, but I mainly use them for lower body to bring up my legs. Sometimes I use the arm bands around my calves. Even just doing the stepper machine causes big quad pumps.

Some of the studies on BFR are wild. Like, people experiencing measurable muscle hypertrophy with "kaatsu" (BFR bands + modest exercise) in very short time periods. The increased muscle size wasn't necessarily just the pump in those studies. Gainz were maintained for a week after.

Am I reading this correctly? Amazing. I would like to see you pushing more food into your system bro - are you sure you’re balls to the wall on diet? And surely there is some room for like 200 deca? Yes I don't use Ai.. Mast seems to keep me feeling good, I will admit when I change dose I will get spotty for a week then kind of balanced out and they clear up..

I take NPP every other day and fkn love it man. It’s definitely one of the “I can feel this working” compounds. With your cycle, I cannot help feeling that lowish dose deca would have massive upside - joints + noticeable anabolism. For experienced dudes like you, it could realistically be the difference between adding tissue vs maintenance. Keep at it brother!!!
 
Little physique update..

Gear has been Testosterone and Masteron only.. Test varying between 500mg-1500mg Mast between 350mg-700mg..
Purely experimenting with different looks..

15iu Fiasp pre workout.. This gives a phenomenal pump during training.. Again experimenting to find a great pump I find 15iu with 70gram carbs pre workout, 100gram carbs during workout then post workout meal works well..

Fiasp seems very strong when compared to Novorapid.. Not just that it kicks in quicker it seems to hit harder..

Nothing at all used in the last 28 days as I thought I would have a clear out before Xmas.. No reason for this just good to have a break, this may continue for another day or 28 days... I don't know yet, see how I feel..

Seem to be keeping a decent shape without HGH in system but time will tell after 6 months of non usage this may not be the case..

This is my honest results from using Qsc 10iu(blue top) HGH for around a year following my Knee surgery..

I had arthroscopy on my left knee June 2023 due to damaged cartilage.. Although this is still ongoing as the knee is worse than it was, at the time I decided to start using HGH after not having alot of previous experience.. I used 4iu a day before bed until around December when I upped it to 6iu and am currently still at 6iu..

Gear was under a Gram weekly total of Testosterone only until December which then has been upped to just under 2 Gram weekly total of Testosterone.. End of February I added Masteron but kept weekly total under 2 Grams..

Pictures arnt great quality but gives an idea.. Start weight 215lbs Peak weight 230lbs end weight 220lbs..

I much prefer the look at 220 as 230 looked abit puffy..

Picture in grey T shirt and next topless one was peak weight.. Masteron then added and water dropped to tighten up..

Will be upping HGH to 9iu daily and probably take gear to 2.5 Gram total as currently holding this end look.. Solid lean mass is the only goal now..

In case I missed it with my old eyes, I've had multiple knee surgeries myself and I'm currently recovering from tricep repair surgery, but how did u find 4iu hgh for injury recovery?

I know u mentioned u were having ongoing knee problems etc but was hgh effective in helping recovery despite not fully recovering? meaning would u be in a worse state of repair without it and did it help much?

Sorry for the late reply I have been away for some time dealing with alot..

I would say my recovery never went well regardless of having the HGH in there, I still can't hamstring curl fully on my left leg, it constantly feels full of gas and huge pops during workouts.. My knee almost doesn't feel there so it's hard to fully tense my quads..

I got sick of hearing my surgeon say it's normal so I stopped going to appointments..
