HOMEMADE SHAKES

i m wondering me yelling “light weight babee... aint nothin but a peanut” Holding that shaker... and then throwing up as always.. i fuckin love this forum.. you all guys make my days... the place where i live is so fuckin boring...
What do you mean throw up? It tastes like a Reese’s peanut butter cup?

i dont know why I cant drink shakes anymore without feeling bloated and feeling the need of throwing up... so i started baking them... you know better than anyone else here man ahahah.. did you forget that i m Cupcakesman?
 
Breakfast shake:
1 cup whole oats
2 scoops collagen protein
1 scoop whey protein
1 scoop powdered greens
1 banana
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp flax oil
1.5 cups whole milk
1 cup ice
(Can add yogurt or peanut butter as well for more calories)


Post workout shake:
8oz canned cooked chicken breasts
1/2-1 cup rice powder
1.5-2 cups water
 
@JC Grifter gave me a big hint and big inspiration with his fav recipe for homemade shake


2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
6 tablespoons liquid egg w
Two handful spinach
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
4oz almond milk

I think it would be nice to add some homemade shake recipe.

I ll write the one i ve invented and tested, and modified.

150gr of Tuna from cans
1 cucumber / 1 courgette
Some white yogurt (100-200ml)
1 cup of Soya Sauce
1 shot of Tabasco
1 lemon slice
1 thin slice of onion

Mixed with a pimer in a shaker, and it was so good, eaten with a spoon.

i modified it by adding the tuna to the “shake” and not mixing it with other ingredients, it was a lot better. So nice so easy
