Hello and have a nice day all. I am starting my journey on homebrewing and i want to invest in knowledge in order to learn everything in the correct manner step by step. My petition is to hire an experienced brewer from this forum and guide me through the whole proccess of brewing,sterility tactics,equipment,recrystallization etc. I know there are many threads on forum to look for and i have gained a lot of knowledge for free but i would like to have a personal guidance so i can speed up my proccess and ask questions without thinking if the forum has already answered. If someone is interested we can speak about payment etc.Thanks a lot.
