Homebrewed L-Carnitine how long does it last

Hello already got a setup for homebrewing but I want to homebrew a huge batch of l-carnitine to save time.

I was wondering if inj l-carnitine stored in a sterile vial via a .22um pes filter would last for like 4-6months?

Cause from what i've search its "suggested" to use it for 28days only since it will degrade already.

if you want it to be shelf stable, it needs to be:
1. pH Balanced at 6.3-6.5, use citric acid or HCl to bring down the pH
2. Optionally Buffered: use an appropriate buffering system to maintain the pH. Like a phosphate buffering system
3. Preserved: Use BA at 0.9%, and optimally use Sodium Metabisufite (SMB), and a chelator like EDTA for real stability.
4. Protected from light and oxygen in amber vial

So looking at the homebrew section, ppl are brewing 100ml vials. If following one of the simple recipes with just L carnitine, distilled water or wfi, BA, how long is that 100ml vial going to last? That's roughly 100 shots worth. Are people transferring to another smaller vial? Or just hoping for the best that the BA and filter is doing its job? Really appreciate your insights. Thanks in advance for any help!
