Holy hell prep is no joke...

Starting to carb deplete tomorrow. 50 carbs per day, then starting to refeed on friday with 250 and the show is saturday! super stoked to be at peak week. the last few weeks have been rough but we're in the homestretch so mentally I feel way better right now

IDK how someone could do that after such a tough prep dropping out at the last minute. I would walk through a blizzard at this point to compete afterall the work and suffering. It didnt start to suck until i dropped below 8%bf but after that its kina miserable
 
Seems low to me too, but i dont need alot of carbs to fill up and im sure we will make adjustments if needed on that day. This is my first prep and my first time with this coach so its all new to me
 
Got third place in novice and light heavy, a WNBF Pro decided to join both my classes and he took first, thought Id get second, but guess the judges saw something i didnt . about 8 guys in each class.it was an awesome experience and Im gearing up for the next one

Congrats! Any pics of the contests or lineup?

Did one day of only 250 grams turn out to be the perfect advice for carbing up?
