Holy hell prep is no joke...

5 weeks out.

Here’s my stack:
300mg test/wk
200mg tren/wk
300mg mast/wk
25mg Proviron/day
50mg Anavar/day
1.5iu HGH 2x/day
Metformin
Telmisartan
T3
T4
Clen
Yohimbine

The lack of sleep is BRUTAL, second only to this hunger lol

I’ll be adding Winstrol next week and Halo the final 2. Can’t do before/after due to privacy. But it’s good.
Hell of a stack.

All of the things lol
But it’s working
No AI is nice
Obliques are full on now
Just trying time to sort out some lower back fat. Ordered vasoburn and a neoprene belt for that. Should help.
Diet soda for mon-fri? The carbonation really helped me a lot stay feeling full and the little amount of caffeine in them gives me a bit of an energy boost. Also helps with my sugar craving. Although I’ve never competed but I use diet drinks when dieting down.

Fucks my gut microbiomes up so I can’t shit...

I'm 8 weeks out from my first show, currently 2400 cal a day around 40fat, 300carb, 200protein, just measured in at 8.7%bf weighing 194 in the morning at 5ft7. I'm feeling really good still. Im definitely using a little more gear than you but using way less fat burners, I JUST added 25mg feddy PWO and 20mg of GW or cardarine. Look into GW, because the stuff is amazing, it's a non-stim fat burner that helps with endurance and energy- the stuff is super noticeable, makes doing cardio so easy. I've actually been taking some recipes from greg doucette on youtube like his eggwhite frenchtoast and even just using Smart Pop popcorn as a super filling snack, but it sounds like your coach has you on a pretty strict diet. Keep it up bro!

Since you know Greg Doucette I have to say this...you say you are 8.7%bf 8 weeks out so if you had to compare your body composition to Greg’s would you say you are currently the same leanness as him since he stays between 8-10%? If you are than you are right on track for your show and you may even be ahead of schedule since your still 8 weeks out. Also I’m only saying this because I’ve met a lot of people who claim 6% who don’t even have a full 6 pack yet with love handles that are pinchable and when I tell them they are 20% they get mad at me lol.

First of all, dude you’re HUGE!
You are gonna CRUSH!
Secondly, that diet sounds like a cake walk!
I didn’t engage this coach until about 12 weeks out so he had some catching up to do with me. Plus it’s my first show and I honestly don’t care too much. My goal this time is simply to not get laughed off stage. In my masters class I should be ok. Open will be the challenge.
He also doesn’t like the experimental stuff without sufficient human studies so GW would be out. I’ve used it successfully and still have some of it left but he won’t put me on it.
I’m now 5 weeks out and just came down with a fucking cold, so that sucks...
I did a bodpod a while back and I’ve been getting them for years. I’d guess I’m at 9% today. I’ll know for sure next week. Weight is 226 at 6’2”.

LOL you're 100% right about peopl misjudging their BF%. I love when the old timers in the gym come up to me and tell me about how they were 3%BF back in the day. I usually don't argue with people when they underestimate their BF cause I dont want to burst their bubble. I would say that while the body caliper test done by my coach says is accurate for the most part +- .1%. I've never been this lean before in my life, the ab veins are coming in crazy and quad veins showing 24/7 at this point. We just added in clen and I dropped a pound the next morning after my first day using it (and first time ever using it).

The RB for the chiefs CEH is 5'7 210lbs! You both are pretty big for smaller guys!

Fuck I hate clen
That jittery feeling man
Just can’t settle
I’m on 100mcg right now and I’m sure it’ll
Go up...
Oh damn, yesterday I took 80mcg PWO for the first time with 200mg caffeine and 25mg ephdrine. That was way too much, I was flying for 12 hours. Today I did 40mcg instead and it felt a lot better

Yes 25 days so basically 3 weeks...
I’m not sure lol
I’m hungry, tired, angry, can’t sleep, can’t think, my knees are sore from all the cardio, and I have a constant state of brain fog.
The cool thing is that every day I see progress.
No refeeds, just 1700 calories a day and 2.5 hours a day in the gym...

1700 cals WITH cardio...that’s crazy I would never have the discipline to do that. I hope one day I’ll mature enough to have that type of drive and discipline in my life! This is the main reason I don’t compete because I hate feeling pain. My avi is the leanest I ever got and that has to be 15%bf and my Hispanic genes hate being lean lol. I currently just stay at 20% bf because I’m comfortable here. Good job bro don’t give up! The finish line is right around the corner

Just need to vent a bit.
Having a pretty hard time.

I’m 6 weeks out from my first masters physique show. My coach just cut all the best carbs except for veg M-F and I.AM.SUFFERING.

1,800 cals with 30% carbs, 60% protein, and 10% fats with ALL the carbs coming from vegetables. After cardio I get 15g of dextrose and 15g protein powder.

Fortunately Sat and Sun I get 2,300 cals 45% carbs, 40% protein, and 15% fats. I look hella good by Monday mornings LOL but it’s a hell ride getting to Saturday morning.

I’m 225, 9% BF, doing 45 mins cardio and a 30 min lifting session Mon-Sat on a (fortunately) low volume Push/Pull/Legs routine. Sunday’s I’m so tapped there’s no way I could possibly train anyway. I do 10-12 sets per body part per week divided over 2 workouts each. Can’t sleep for shit due to all the PED’s and starting to get a bit constipated despite drinking a gallon plus of water a day.

I’m not looking for feedback on any of this. I 100% trust my coach and I’m getting amazing results daily. It’s just for context.

Basically I spend most of my days hungry AF, ready to inhale the next meal in 120 minutes LOL. Woke up last night at 11p and couldn’t get back to sleep bc I was so hungry. Finally resorted to a large glass of warm lemon water which helped me sleep but had to get up to piss twice.

Workouts are all weak. Cardio is mailed in At the minimum BPM all to mitigate crazy hunger cravings that put me over the edge. I have NO energy for anything including my job. Mostly cranky all the time, sleepy the rest, and hungry 100% of the minutes of the day.

I’m saying all this in hopes there’s some special trick y’all have used to get through this? It’s a serious mind fuck being THIS hungry ALL the damn time.

Am I just being a pussy?
Got a pro tip I could use?
Any help or words of encouragement appreciated.

First of all props for going through contest prep. It takes the utmost discipline, I've done it several times. However, you're asking for tips or suggestions, and I have to say as demondosage did, get a new coach. No carbs except from veggies, which don't count, and 1800 calories 6 weeks out? Thats ridiculous, and is simply not needed. Your diet is why you feel so bad. At your bodyweight you really shouldn't even be that low on calories at the end of your diet, let alone 6 weeks out. Your body will just stall out, fat loss will stop, you will feel unbelievably flat, and just like total shit. Props for sticking with it, and I am in no way faulting you or ripping on you at all, but your coach has no idea what he's doing if he gave you a diet like that. I see this crap all the time from coaches that have no clue what they're doing, and basically say eat no carbs, do a ton of cardio. That takes no thought or knowledge to recommend something like that. Contest prep is very hard, and toward the end you don't feel well, but you shouldn't be non functional or dead to the entire world either.
