Hip flexors killing me at night

Hey guys,

I'm 10 weeks into Mad cow 5*5 and PRing on all lifts.

My problem is hip flexor.

I'm good during day time, but give me a few hours horizontal and I'm struggling: The hip flexor are aching on both sides as if the are stretched. Trying all kinds of positions does not help, and I end up tossing and turning all night.

Any suggestions?

Do band around knees bodyweight squat and push your knees out as hard as you can. Do band around knees monster walks. Adductor/abductor machines if you feel you are weak around your hip area. Check Chris Duffin warm up for squat and DL on Mark Bell show and do iso stretches after WO prolly you have muscle stiffness around your hips kind of common...
