High hematocrit. Time to donate blood or wait?

So I have the opertunity to lose some blood today but I'm wondering if I should. I'm running 300 test c 200primo 4iu growth hormone and 250iu hcg three days a week.
I'm going to continue this for six more weeks. I may raise the dosages or add anavar not sure yet waiting on test levels and e2. prolactin is good. Blood pressure is good no sides feeling good.

How hydrated were you for those labs? Those numbers aren't too bad, bit if you're planning to increase the dosages then it wouldn't hurt to donate.

I was extra hydrated that day. I drink a ton of water. On my last labs a month ago I was at 52 so my go to was drink alot of water and hope for the best. Didn't work out unfortunately.

Might be good to donate then especially if you’re planning to escalate dosages

Also it’s unclear to me how much hydration really impacts these levels. I had much higher numbers when over hydrated on less gear than I did recently when just normally hydrated and switching up my gear (but at a higher dosage). What’s even more worrisome is that Todd Lee recommends hydration before labs and he is the ultimate contra indicator.

Also, do lots of cardio and stay in shape. Even with the EPO stimulation from PEDs, the body will only make as much Hgb / HCT as it thinks it needs. If your cardio capacity is shit and you have OSA for example, it's going to keep pumping out those RBC's like a Nike china factory.

I'm of the opinion that your hydration level on the day of testing should be the same as your everyday walking around hydration. What's the point of over hydrating just to see some skewed numbers that don't actually represent the blood levels you're living with?

I have donated to get my levels well into the normal range for 25 years. As high levels have pointed towards lower longevity rates i avoid higher levels of hema, RBC and iron.

You probably don’t have to this time but in the future it may be helpful to add a ferritin level to your labs in case you see levels that make you want to donate blood. You don’t want to donate if your ferritin is low or near the lower limit of normal. Iron deficiency is awful and takes a long time to correct.
