I am 23 years old , 185cm , 77kg around 21% body fat. I follow a low fat high carbs diet.

My current stack:
Reta 2mg bi weekly, Ghk-cu 2.5mg 5x a week, 250mg testorone e , 0,5mg Dut, 20mg isotret, 3mg methylenblue.

Looking to learn and potentially add more peptides, androgens and nootropics.
 
Just be carefull dude … with those stats its sounds like u started lifting yesterday dont mean it in bad way just thinking u probably dont even know how to lift properli and Hopoing on
Yea i hopped on too soon but its already too late. My blood test is fine at 250mg so i am staying this way till i am down to 12% bf than i will do a lean bulk and stay on forever

stupid enough to start too early, smart enough to not try to cope by just upping dosage. thats a new one.

77kg auf 185cm You need to adjust your diet and training plan properly instead
 
The issue here is that u have probably close to 0knowlage on nutrition training lipids compounds and general health stuff also running like 5 random things with it that u heard from vigorous steve , its litterally starting endgame as lvl 1

Trust brother i know everything i need to know about training and nutrition you dont have to be a genius to figure out how to train and eat properly hahaha i know everything about lipid compounds from ezetmibe, statins, citrus bregmot etc same with everything else and all the compounds i am runing is based on my goal and if you have basic understanding about the pharmaceuticals i am runing you will know they complete each others. Thanks for the advice

Good luck with that. The priority is proper training with a plan and nutrition. AAS are only secondary.

I train full body every other day, doing one set to failure for big muscle groups and two sets for isolation exercises.
My diet is low fat 30-40g and I aim for about 150 g of protein per day. Rest are pre workout carbs. I’m currently in a ~1300 kcal deficit.
I take omega-3, zinc, and vitamin D3 (20,000 IU once a week), etc.
Is there anything I can improve?
