HGH potency degradation after being reconstituted

Got this idea from @Ghoul. Going to pull hgh into a 3ml syringe, attach a filter, and leave it there then backfill insulin pins nightly on demand. I am hesitant to go the backfill route because I think it opens opportunity for contamination either on the stopper or on the back of the insulin pin. Maybe I am just over thinking it. The trade off is on demand filtering, which would guarantee the removal of any dimer or hgh clumps and save on the cost of clean vials.

Has anyone tried this? If so, how was your experience?

Get some female to female luer connectors and you can use it to connect a luer lock syringe to the HGH filled syringe that has the filter.

Then you simple leave the connector attached to the syringe w/ the filter and then seal the connector with one of those luer caps that has isopropyl alcohol in it (3M Curos).

This was a question I had myself as I was interested in the 100iu vial that is being offered. For my use case I take 4iu per day so the 36 IU sees to be the sweet spot for me.

I found this article on somotropin. We aren’t sure what is in the UGL version but can assume the quality is less than pharma right?

My take away was that is that the 10-14 window is the sweet spot for potency because manufacturer stability limits and PubMed stability studies show near-full biological integrity in that window, before “aggregation, oxidation, and physical instability begin to meaningfully reduce active monomer and make dosing unpredictable.”

100iU Vial:
Daily dosage:

4iu = 25 days
7 iu ~ 14 days
10iu = 10 days

back in my days, there was a rumor saying HGH after being reconstituted loose potency by the day
the reason i am asking is because i am looking at the 24iu x vial (5iu daily)

anyone have some feedback?

Janoshik did a test some years back and as the others have indicated, if kept refrigerated it will keep for a few weeks with little loss. So you should be good if using within a week or 2.
