I agree. Meal timing around hgh is more or less minutia. At max we are talking like 50-80 calories more fat burn while taking hgh fasted, something just as easily achieved by watching what you eat. That said I have noticed improved fasting insulin blood work since giving myself a few hours fasted before and after the shot. Anything life changing? Nope. Could it be entirely placebo? Possibly. Am I doing it anyway still now? Yep.

I tend to believe the only real timing that matters with hgh is if it keeps you up at night or makes you groggy in the day. Maybe this is different and the impact is greater on blood sugar if you’re not lean? I wouldn’t know on that front.
 
I had the same issue cropping up during my cycle, and the messed-up sleep started messing with my mood big time too. What surprisingly helped me a lot was looking into anxiety cannabis treatment.

I was skeptical, but getting a legit medical recommendation changed the game. I sleep better now and don’t feel as wired or edgy the next day. Worked way better than melatonin or other OTC stuff for me.
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I posted this on another forum 3 months back and everyone just thought I was crazy. Naturally went to trying morning and never looked back.
 
I'd say my "routine" is pretty locked in for a solid 3-4 years now sleep wise. But whenever I try adding before bed HGH injections the sleep goes to shit every time. Funny because most people say it should improve sleep.

Same. Even when I pinned 2iu at night, it was screw my sleep up. I switch to 4iu right at 9:00am, workout at noon, eat shortly after that. Been working so far.

I was under the impression from type-IIx, GH doesn't fully peak in the body until 3-4 hours after administration. So, theorteically, you should be working out around that time frame.

2-3 hours if subq, IM speeds it up
