I have a few articles on HGH, but you can also do a general search on google. The interesting thing about HGH is that it is fairly well accepted in the medical community, so you should find a ton of information on it.
With that being said, here are a few basics. Most of the research I have seen for the use of GH in building muscle points toward a minimum of 2iu per day with a maximum effective of 6, unless you are going to get real fancy and start mixing in Insulin, etc. Some inside noise says that Ronnie Coleman was using up to 30iu/day during his most recent run at MO, but who knows about the rumor mill. I find that actually a little hard to believe, as I don't see how the body could properly utilize that amount. I think you will be fine at your 3iu/day.
However, I would lengthen out your cycle. Many articles point to the effects of GH being noticeable only after about 6 months of continuous use......again this would be debatable based on what other stuff you were taking. Obviously GH has a synergistic effect with AAS, so it might work faster based on what you are doing.
