HGH IGF1 Blood Test

Well then reboot, retest, and start over,
Would that to be see how much of an increase I’m getting? Let’s take 2 scenarios, I was low naturally and saw I doubled my IGF level vs I was already a high natty level and I’m basically just replacing my levels either way exogenous hgh. What would I do in those 2 scenarios?

Basically you wanna find out what your natural IGF1 is, then when you test after you've been on HGH for 4 to 6 weeks (I aim for five weeks personally just to hit the middle) , IThen you get a general idea of how much this dose(X ius) is doing to your IGF1. I believe that covers both scenarios

what would the benefit knowing that? Like does it matter if I 5x my natty level? And vice versa if I only 1.5 x my natty level, does that question continuing it basically? Or bring into question taking out the HGH and using segratogues instead?

I don't know man you seem to be talking in circles I gave you my opinion and my advice , take it for what it's worth , good luck on your journey

You need to know where you've been in order to understand where you're going.

If you have to task what's the benefit of knowing your values, then you aren't ready for this.

So I think the overall advice here is that you should stop

Once you are informed enough to understand the risks of hgh use and how to monitor your bloodwork to prevent them- consider starting again.
I’ve done plenty of research on this before and I do fully understand what I’m doing with this journey.

I just fail to see how knowing natty vs levels on 4 IUs changes my course of action. It doesn’t change my IGF level knowing what my natty level was and I’m still in a healthy range that wouldn’t cause acromegaly. I’m taking all the precautions in terms of supplements to manage the risks and my questions are coming from a place of, gather as much data as you can because I can always learn from others.

Take these 2 scenarios:
1) I have natural low IGF and I take my 4 IUs to get me to the high end
2) I was already on the high end, I take the 4 IUs and it only takes me slightly higher.

With both scenarios, I would still be willing to take exogenous HGH because there are benefits beyond IGF alone, and I’m still getting an increase either way.
Not trying to go round in circles, but I everyone’s said to get a test for natural level but hasn’t stated specifically what change that would result in. I completely agree and back knowing natural levels regardless but that’s purely from an awareness standpoint, not a “I know my natural level, this is it how it changes my actions going forward”

How will you know if you're responding to it without a baseline?

knowing this doesn’t change what I plan to do though, all it gives me is awareness of this fact. let’s say I take this natural test and see that I’ve only improved my IGF a tiny bit, it doesn’t change my course of action to continue HGH, because I see so many other benefits beyond IGF, and I don’t see the point spending more money increasing my daily IUs to try and pursue a higher IGF when there are other peptides/gear I can take that would have a more profound impact on muscle gain/fat loss. If knowing this natural level and my response to it would impact my decision to continue or not then sure I agree with you. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I took the IGF test now with exogenous use because I wanted to know that my z score wasn’t so high that I was harming my body in the future, but this test has proven that to me

Ok... you heard all the reasons from multiple people. Carry on with your no testing plan. Good luck on your goals.

I do have a testing plan, I’m going to retest with 6 because same as my original reason i want to see my z score is safe. Until someone tells me WHY to test natural level other than to answer “are you responding to it” which literally no one has, I’m putting this point across, it’s a forum to discuss, not just blindly agree

If you want your liver to produce more IGF1 on HGH, drop the Reta and up the carbs or calories. Presence of insulin will increase IGF1 made in the liver. If I diet my IGF is wildly lower than when I bulk. Estrogen also plays an important role.

I’ve read about this and I am on a cut at the moment so you’re probably right about this, and my blood tests regularly show e2 as a lot lower than my testosterone levels too because I don’t aromatise a lot
