I like it better in the morning now too truthfully. My HRV has gone back up pretty substantially from shifting as well.i've moved my hgh injection to am fasted, and it seems to be better for me all around, my sleep is improving as well as daily energy levels,,
Ive seen this too about am/pm dosing for longevity. Does anyone know what those clinics base that on? Or is it more so ease of use for the average person?A lot of the anti-aging docs advise for am dosing now while fasted. The modern anti-aging dose is also like 0.9-1.5iu so I don’t know how relevant the timing is in relation to the dosing people are doing on here. For me personally if I do night dosing it’s best to keep it 3-4 hours before sleep and away from carbs otherwise my sleep gets shittier.
I think it’s largely because they promote its use fasting with cardio or lifting to minimize insulin risk with hgh use. They’re also aiming to minimize igf1 to around 150 for most people. Also they largely don’t believe maintaining natural rhythm matters (night dosing) because they’ve supplanted the natural system with exogenous hormone. The anti aging stuff with it has gotten pretty interesting, and it has fallen out of vogue drastically.Ive seen this too about am/pm dosing for longevity. Theres a trial going on for this now, but I can't find any info on the dosing. Its the triim-x trial with dr. Fahy. They're using metformin and dhea for insulin control in the study however so it makes me think theyre using high doses. The premise is regenerating the thymus gland will reverse aging in the study.I think it’s largely because they promote its use fasting with cardio or lifting to minimize insulin risk with hgh use. Due to ED pinning of GH making my RHR jump a shit ton I recently experimented with pinning 8iU only on Mon-Wed-Fri night instead of 3iu/ED and strangely it seems to alleviate the HR issue quite a bit. Coincidentally M/W/F are also my lifting days for the week so in my mind it should help with recovery.I did the same.
I got a buddy doing big boluses 3-4x a week on lift days who swears by it. Was going to give it a try for shits and giggles.
Thanks for this. Thats much higher than I was thinking they used before.Reversal of epigenetic aging and immunosenescent trends in humans - PMC
Epigenetic “clocks” can now surpass chronological age in accuracy for estimating biological age. Here, we use four such age estimators to show that epigenetic aging can be reversed in humans. Using a protocol intended to regenerate the thymus, we ...pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Looks like they started at 0.015 mg/kg and aimed for high-normal igf1.
Within an hour of dosing free fatty acids. mostly liberated from harmful visceral fat, flood the bloodstream. If you do low to moderate cardio (or just stay active) during the 4-5 hour window they stay elevated you'll use them as fuel before being redeposited back to visceral fat depots.
i think all that really matters is that you consistently take the hgh , pre , post, mid, doesn't really matter much, im sure others will agree/disagree , but ime/imo getting your hgh in "consistently" is really the key factor, of course "taking it away from carbs" is also important, as food intake spikes insulin levels which should be avoided,My dose timing happens to fall PWO , any significant benefits to this?
I hear a lot about pinning post workout, but not pre-workout.
