HGH Dosing Protocol

I always feel that is especially during cruise that hgh shine because it lets me keep a great look and even with very low dose test I'm still full and not gaining much fat. Instead if I cruise and stop hgh then I really need to be careful on the calories and my looks is flatter, less rounded.

Yep, completely understand this. Personally, I just like to give my body a full "break" when I'm doing cruises (besides TRT) but that doesn't mean what you are doing is "wrong". And why I said earlier that everyone just needs to define their short and long-term goals when deciding what plan is best for them...

Yeah I do the same as you, just very hard on the mind. Going from very anabolic plus hgh to almost no anabolic and no hgh ehehe

I'll keep doing ED and do the 6on/1off with AM injection. Strangely this time is not giving me any lethargy. Actually is not giving me any carpal tunnel as well...

In your experience @ChestRockwell have you had ppl that stop having side effect from hgh, especially the cts from the water retention pressing on the nerves. Because when I started hgh 2 years ago more or less, I couldn't go past 3IU without dieing, my hand would block and was so painful to open/close hands. Plus joint pains etc. After few cycles of hgh (it's not 2yeara no stop ehehe) I started being able to increase at 5IU, with great cts etc but I could function.

Last cycle I was at 5IU ED and it was like I wasn't doing hgh almost, if it wasn't for the look I could say it was bunk but... it wasn't... I even did IgF test and came back 500!

What happened? My body is accustomed to it? Doesn't make much sense to me...

It seems like I've heard about this a few times. I'm not familiar with the MOA but I know I used to have consistent but manageable sides at 4iu after I worked up to it. 5iu was too much but I've been able to tolerate it with manageable sides. Now, if I decreased down to 4iu again the sides would probably go away completely. I mostly just get water retention in my hands.

To me the only side now is wAter retention globally but not the painful one that fuck up with your hands etc.
If I stop hgh I just drop 5-6lbs of water but mostly intracellular. Like when your stop anadrol.

I tought my hgh was bunk but I changed it from
Grey top to black top and the grey gave me IgF of 500 so I don't think they were bunk, I'll do an IgF test in 2 weeks to check these blacks. I believe I just got accustomed to hgh, and my body doesn't respond that bad anymore.

Like with Tren. My first cycle I was a mess. Already from
The second one situation have been more manageable even with higher dosage.

I'm just guessing here.

In higher doses ranges I get unbelievable pain in my bones especially my fingers, are hurting..
No CS, really the bones are hurting when I make a fist! It's like they are hurting exactly at the joint between the bones.

Yes, what you are describing is called bilateral median neuropathy and tends to be most commonly reported in non FDA GH brands, however I have seen it happen (myself included) on Serostim. It also seems to occur exclusively with subcutaneous injections. Not sure I've heard of other FDA brands causing this: Bilateral median neuropathy and growth hormone use: a case report. - PubMed - NCBI

Although I cannot explain why I've actually had great success getting rid of it, using the following methodology:

- Drop GH completely for 1-2 weeks
- Reintroduce 1-2 IUs using intramuscular deltoid injection for 1-2 weeks
- If higher doses are desired, increase incrementally by no more than 2IUs/day/week

Thing I don't have anymore side effect from hgh. I had in the past and I did the same as you suggest... but now all the stiffness and cts etc just disappeared with times. I'm running 5IU ED and I feel so generally good

The only commonality I've ever noticed is that it only happened to me during periods of growth, never during diets. But it has only happened twice that I can remember, in all the times I've run GH, so not sure...
