HGH 40 +

Specifically for CTS it will help balance electrolytes which in turn can help reduce soft tissue swelling (the cause of the numbness pressing on the median nerve).

But overall, taurine is just an awesome supplement everyone should take (especially if on cycle). It's one of the few supps that IS NOT a waste of money. I take 10 grams over the course of a day while on cycle and 3-5 when cruising. Super cheap and safe too. You can't really OD on it, your body will just piss out what it doesn't use.

Core Benefits of Taurine

1. Pumps & Cramp Reduction (especially on tren/DHB)

Taurine helps regulate intracellular calcium and improve muscle cell hydration.
That translates to:
  • Less lower back pumps
  • Less calf/quad pumps
  • Reduced cramping
  • More sustainable high-volume training
2. Cardiovascular Health

Taurine has a surprisingly strong effect on:
  • Blood pressure (mild but measurable lowering)
  • Improving arterial function
  • Reducing oxidative stress

3. Insulin Sensitivity & Glucose Regulation

Taurine improves:
  • GLUT-4 translocation
  • Insulin sensitivity
  • Mitochondrial efficiency in muscle cells
4. Increases Cell Hydration (volumization)

Taurine acts similar to creatine in that it helps “pull” water into cells, improving:
  • Recovery
  • Pump
  • Muscle fullness
  • Resistance to fatigue

5. Nervous System & Stress Regulation

Taurine acts on GABA and glycine receptors — meaning:
  • Mild calming, anti-anxiety effect
  • Improved sleep quality
  • Reduced overstimulation from caffeine/yo/stims

6. Liver Protection

Taurine improves bile acid conjugation and protects hepatocytes.

7. Electrolyte Balance

Taurine helps balance:
  • Sodium
  • Potassium
  • Calcium
  • Magnesium
Thank you for this man! Adding it to the regime!

39 been on GH for 5 months at 2iu. I still will get CTS from time to time and am one of those peeps who takes it AM as it messed with my sleep.

47. 2IU AM. the PM dosing made my sleep actually worse. 4h post injection (which is peak subq) it jolted me wide awake. at doses 3+. didnt feel like doing less PM made sense, sticking to AM now

Yeah, it's wild how our perspectives change as we get older. Back in the day, GH was almost an afterthought, now it's kinda the star of the show.

Here's my anecdotal experience with GH. Everyone has different tolerances to the compound just like all AAS. Some can tolerate high doses where as some will get sides at 2iu. It probably has something to do with z scores since igf varies by age. The higher your z score, I believe, the higher the chances for sides but some have great genetics and z scores and sides will mean nothing.

After playing dosing, 2iu is my maintenance which puts me just barely outside of reference ranges, and 4iu is the highest I can push before carpal tunnel and numbness sides start to creep up. I sleep like a baby until I hit 4 iu where sleep then becomes a bit of a challenge. Tracking sleep on my watch my deep sleep on 2 iu is 1.5 to 2 hours and on 4 iu is about an hour.

I will run 4 iu on a bulk until the sides really start to bother but 2-3iu is really the best all around.

How has everyone’s blood work looked on gh? Have u seen ur blood thicken…? Hematology wise… htc, red blood cells and stuff?

Guys how do you fight letargy? I am fucking sleepy all day
A bit more info would maybe help for a better answer and understanding...

How long have you been running GH?
Dosing , protocol, timing etc...

GH can be a bit funky, especially in the intro phase, and you have to slowly figure out what works for you.

I haven’t had these issues. Everyone is different. Being on test 200mg/wk, and titrating up my Reta to 6mg/wk, initially made me lethargic. Once I started 2iu, up to 4iu, I’ve noticed consistency energy all day long. It’s been a game changer for me. I pin 2.5-3 hours fasted nightly before bed. Additional 2iu weekend mornings 30 minutes before 15-20 minute fasted cardio.

Sorry, 42 years, 2 months on hgh, bumped to 6ui and Got lethargy, dropped back to 4, lethargy continued...

Test e 700mg pw,tren 200pw, anadrol 50 and dbol 25 pwo 3-4times

Reta 4mg pw

Ok, hmmm it could actually be several things....

(You didn't mention your GH protocol: am/pm, right before bed, one big shot, splitting the dose etc.. ?)

I had to play a lot with different GH protocols at the beginning it gave me several issues, and it destroyed my life .... Lmfao

Yep lower the dose, ride it for a bit / Try splitting the dose up am/pm , that helped me a lot, but I still can not inj. too late pm., sadly I am one those rare cases where it disrupts my sleep.... (So my pm. shot is already around 15-17 )

Side note: Orals + the 'Tren-train' can also cause lethargy + what I know of high E2 can also cause it....

Try splitting up the dose for a while, see how you react..... See if that changes anything in the fatigue symptoms.

Your body will slowly adapt .....

I couldn't handle 2iu in the beginning, 'flu like symptoms' nerve endings were screaming, could not hold a dumbbell in my hand, and I turned in to a water filled hippo - what a look :p

Everything changed for me in about 6 months up to a year (how my body adapted), now 1.5 year in I can handle much higher doses - and it seems like my 45 year old 'Love handles' which I thought was sticky, is slowly disappearing, I contribute this to GH + a small amount of reta......
