Help with stripping prop ester to make base

So I've came to the realization that I have way too much prop raws and just ran out of base. Basically a solution would be to strip the Ester using Naoh but I'm curious as if I even need to use heet as it is usually used to strip the filler from the test prop in synovex-h to prop(or base ) convention. Any input would be great.
