Help with cycle

So I’ve started a bulking cycle, test deca and and Anadrol as a kick start. (Bit of background) I had gyno surgery last year. And this year I will be having it again. They got all the gland out on my left side but a little bit on my right they missed. They picked it up on my 6 month review. which they will remove in the next few months. I’ve been running an ai adex at 0.5 ever other day and a tiny bit of caber as I know from past experiences I need it when running deca or tren. The problem I’m having is the tiny bit of gland that will be removed is inflamed. I have already booked a blood test for Wednesday. But what I don’t understand is why it happened in the first place. I’ve got all bases covered. Is it just a case of there is some gland anadrol will cause it to be sensitive. The plan for the cycle is 300mg deca 300mg test x2 per week and 50mg of anadrol daily for the first few weeks. I’m only 3 jabs in. 1st was 150 mg test 150mg deca so was the second. And third was 225 test 225 deca
