I wish there was a miracle cure to shed those extra pounds we’re carrying but ‘til then it’s still just hard work and persistence! Find a diet and exercise regime which works for you. As long as it is low-fat, low-calorie and nutritionally balanced, it should be fine. Just make sure you are burning more calories than you are eating.

I don’t know if this may be of help to you, but each time I’m on a diet, I find it hard to give up eating candy! I noticed that this is a weakness for many people on a diet. One way to get around this is by substituting the craving with a healthier option. I started substituting candy bars with a cup of http://www.newvitality.com/shop/coco-pure.aspx that gave me the chocolate flavor I was craving for, and at the same time was a healthy beverage at just 30 calories a serving. CocoPure contains green tea, pure cocoa and resveratrol. Green tea is a natural thermogenic which means it helps the body to burn calories more quickly. You might want to try substitutes like this. Keep at it! Don’t give up! Once you start seeing results, it will encourage you to persist.

Check out www.bodyforlife.com A lot of people have found good success with that site. Without a proper nutrition routine, everything else will be useless. You might want to seek the help of a dietician and a nutrition coach if this is your trouble area.

Otherwise, the key to losing weight besides proper nutrition is cardiovascular exercise and weight training. The key to remember is that you'll need to maintain an active lifestyle for life to stay healthy.

im in the same boat man gotta lose weight you just gotta keep workin out get on a low cal low fat diet and persist to keep to your work out and nutrition. Try eatin like 6oz of chicken with some steamed broccli and asparagus its not that bad

Weight loss is not the miracle that happens in one night. If you really want to lose weight then you should stick up to one diet plan only. Along with this one should have a good workout plan just to cut down on extra fat of the body. Exercise is the most important factor of whether you will succeed at long term weight loss and weight loss maintenance. With all these why don't you try some diet pills also? Hoodia diet pills is the best option to lose weight. It reduces the body fat and keep active and also helps to maintain the weight throughout..
