Help me get the best out of low carb

As a diabetic i need to choose wisely. 350g carb max each day. High prot high fats..

What is the most filling carb you guys have eaten? I find oats usefull but i try to eat 2 bananas a day and a bit if rasperys.
Just looking for thoughts.. sweet potatoes or normal potatoes?
 
1 cup boiled lentils
Cals 230 - Pro 20g - Carbs 40g

1 cup boiled Garbanzo beans
Cals 270 - Pro 18g - Carbs 40g

These carbs are filling and high in protein.
