help me do the math guys

ok guys, this is going to be a stupid question. i am getting ready to start a cycle of:
weeks 1-8 - 300 mgs Deca
weeks 1-9 - 500 mgs sust
week 12 - 100 mgs clomid e.d.
weeks 13-14 - 50 mgs clomid e.d.

here is what i have access to:
sustanon 250mg/ml
deca durabolin 200mg/2ml 'yellow tops'
-or-
deca (nandrolone decanoate) 300mg/10ml vial
plus the clomid and nolvadex

i am getting ready make my order, and as this is my first cycle, i would like an input on the math as to what i need. for some reason, i am lost. i think it is the mg/ml conversion that has got me. thanks

Ok bro your first cycle looks pretty good & here is what you need to get.

weeks 1-8 - 300 mgs Deca
weeks 1-9 - 500 mgs sustweek - 18 amps of sustonon
week 12 - 100 mgs clomid e.d.
weeks 13-14 - 50 mgs clomid e.d. =28 Total Clomids

1-bottle of deca (nandrolone decanoate) 300mg/10ml vial
OR
6 - deca durabolin 200mg/2ml 'yellow tops'

18 -amps of sustanon
28 -Total Clomids

I dont think you will need alot of nolvadex but it would not hurt to have plety on hand. You might think about buying 50-60 20mg tabs then you can split the tabs and use as needed or have left over for next cycle.

You'll need a minimum of 18ml's of sustanon, 2 ml's per week, and if using deca at 200mg/ml you'll need a minimum of 12ml's of Deca, 1.5ml's per week. If using Deca at 300mg/ml, you'll need a minimum of 8ml's.

Most of us do this in our head but for future reference, here's what you can do with a calculator:

Take the number of mg's you use in a week and divide that by the number of mg's per ml of the product you're using.

For example, your Deca is 200mg/ml. and you want to use 300mg/week.

Take 300 and divide by 200 and that equals 1.5, so now you know to use 1.5ml's per week to get your 300mg's for that week.

For the sustanon, take 500 divide by 250 and that equals 2 ml's.

If you wanted to use 625mg's per week of sustanon, you would take 625 divide by 250 and that equals 2.5 ml's

Not sure exactly what your asking bro. I would get a vial of deca at 300mg per ml. 10 ml. and run that for 10 wks. and run the test for 10 weeks at 500mg a wk, 250mg twice a week..thats two shots of test a wk. Then start your clomid therapy 3 wks after your last shot last shot. Since your doing sustanon there really is no need to run it for longer than deca since they both have about the same half life. Do the clomid like this 300mg day 1, 100mg days 2-11, and 50mg days 12-21. Have your Novadex on hand just in case you have any symptoms of neg. side effects. Thats what I would do.... and I would also recommend you do some more research before u start anything!!!
