Currently I have 16 years.
35cm of biceps contracted and 33.5cm-arm extended.
I am 1.76 meters in height and weight 62kg.
I believe that now is a good time to start a diet to gain mass because I ectomorfo and my metabolism is too fast.
I would like to some sujestes some supplementation of diets or advanced.
Currently I am doing this diet:

2 fried eggs
3 slices of bread full
Shake of: 2 bananas, 50gramas of oats, 3 clear and egg + 300ml of whole milk
1 apple
09:30 AM
2 slices of bread full
50 grams of riccota
Light Requijo
11:40 am
250 grams of macaroni
200 grams of meat
Salad
Orange juice
13:30 PM
1 banana / apple
and if I hold as well as 2 slices bread and cheese and ham with full
17:00 PM
250gr of macaroni
Shake of: 2 bananas, 50gramas of oats, 3 clear and egg
18:40 PM
Training
19:30 PM
Return on training
19:30 PM
1 dose of whey + 300ml of whole milk
2 tablespoons of honey from bee
