I have been on here for a few months and wanted to finally introduce myself prior to asking for input on some specific boards. 45 year old male and have been a lifter and active my entire life. 6'3" and about 225 cureently. At 35 years old I moved from an active field work role for my job to a indoor sales position. This, coupled with the added stress and life changes took a hit on my daily activity and gym time. Past couple of years have been me really focusing back in my health. Currently lift 4 days and then a couple days of functional mobility work with kettlebells. Goals are maintaining muscle as age and big focus on functional mobility. No real cardio except for maybe a 25 minute run once a week and then 10K-15k daily steps. Been running Test C for a few years now, cruise at 120mg and will blast at 400mg. Considering primo for a cut cycle and reading up on hgh too. Love the boards here so far.
