Hello everyone,
My name is Jérôme, I am from France.
I am currently 1.85m tall and weigh 100kg.
I stopped exercising for 10 years because I was in a toxic relationship.
During this relationship, I gained 50 kg, so I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery because I couldn't lose weight.
I lost 80 kg, then gained back about 10 kg to stabilise at 90 kg.
After my breakup in 2020, I resumed cardio training, running 5 km three or four times a week.
Then, in January 2025, I started weight training again, and since then I have gained about 10 kg of lean muscle.
I had a testosterone deficiency due to treatment for depression, so I took Sustanon 500 mg/week.
I have been taking this dosage for 5 months, and I plan to reduce it to 250 mg/week in TRT.
I also started a hgh treatment three months ago, and am currently taking a little insulin and igf1 after training.
I have some experience and knowledge of the products, as I have been interested in them for 25 years.
I find this forum very comprehensive, and I hope to be able to share my knowledge and learn even more.
Thank you all for your warm welcome!
See you soon!
