Hello everyone. New to the forum. Few questions for the experienced guys here

im 6'2, 260 lbs. 39yo. 40 in two weeks. Not new to working out. Served 12 y in the Marines. About to start my newest cycle. Tren ace, mast and test. Not looking forward to 5 sticks a week. But looking forward to the results. This isn't my first go round with everything. I usually stop for 3-4 months in between. Diet is great, and workout routine is good too. Guess my question is...I think I have plateaued somewhere..can't drop to 240lbs...any suggestions? Also read somewhere that I should only to the tren for 6 weeks instead of the full 12?? I plan on tren EoD, and then mast/test EoD opposite the tren. Any way to adjust this? Would greatly appreciate any instruction. Thank you..

What is your diet like? Be detailed as possible. Cardio?
 
Labels look clean nice appearance but that doesn't mean anything in this game.

Brinkkmann Pharms is the Primo/Mast/and Tren Ace, the smaller bottles are Labtek

My diet is:
10am--2 whole eggs, 6 eggwhites, 2 pc whole wheat toast and an apple
Noon--my protein shake(32g per scoop, 2 scoops) wait 45 min then train
2p--2 chicken breast, cup of whole wheat rice, dark green veg
4p--hummus and carrots
6p--6oz of either fish, chicken or steak and dark green veg.
8p--protein and the water.
Snacks are cashews or dehydrated banana chips. At least gal of water a day.

Cardio is 45 min treadmill. I can't do much else for movement. I guess I shouldn't have stepped on the land mine..lol(I'm learning to try and joke about it now). But I can walk at about 3.5speed and 2.5 incline. That's my max. I do this 3x a week.

Check the sugar content of anything you are consuming from a package, can..etc. Such as the banana chips, protein powder.

If the sugar is too high, it may be your sticking point. I also remember reading one time Frank Zane saying protein powders keep you smooth and retain weight. When I competed ( eighties and early nineties) I would cut my protein powder out 16 weeks out or even more prior to the show.

So if a cut is your goal...

Yeah. 2003. I left overseas with a bang you could say. While I have been finishing school, I drive for Uber, and I work from 5p-3am. So snacks that don't harm my diet are tough to come by. Non-salted cashews aren't bad. But, finding something to keep me awake for those hours suck!! Sending a pic of the protein shake I do twice a day. But I am definitely gonna look into the sugars and sodium in my foods a little closer.

Those work hours probably are not helping. I don't shit right or anything on a irregular work shift.

For protein powders I've been using Prescription Nutrition raws. No sugar, no anything.

Cashews are great. I eat tons of raw almonds, walnuts, filberts, cashews and pecans. I subscribe to a high fiber diet. Back in the eighties I read Clarence Bass' Ripped. Even though he was a veggie at the time, I incorporated a lot of his disciplines into my diet.
At 46, I have a decent six pack. I shit 2 to 4 times a day. I really think that is essential for good health and keeping your weight manageable.

I make a five grain mush (Kamut, spelt, barley, buckwheat and wheatberries) and eat that all week for breakfast. If not, steel cut oats. Raw veges. Dinner is usually my downfall if I have one pertaining to diet. Whatever my Wife makes, I eat. We are both very good cooks. 99% of the food we eat is not prepackaged. I think that makes a huge difference in a diet. The more fresh food is, the more enzymes that are still alive and kicking going into your digestive track. IMHO.

I stay away from artificial sweeteners also. Who knows what that shit does to your insulin levels and all.

My testosterone as of 2 days ago is leveled off around 549....but after about 8 weeks in I was at 2083.30. I can provide result from doc if you'd like to see. The norm at my age should be between 240-825..so this stuff puts me at 4x my normal amount. The power and strength and sex drive and all around energy was amazing.
