You are right, i was looking at an old pricelist, but its true, this source lacks janoshik testing... they keep posting touchdown screenshots etc, but it's not what we want.
They dont have any jano test,i think i counted 4 or 5.

made an order on the 5th of September of some vials NPP and 3 packs of Oxa. Transportation was fine but instead oft he Oxa they sent Susta. Susta is something that I really cannot use. I asked for a refund which was not possible (paid by BTC – refund should have been done usually via BTC as well). It was said they just can deduct the amount from the next order. Made my next order – some vials of NPP and some vials of Rippex. Paid by BTC. Answer – shipping of AAS not possible. Amount was refunded but the initial cost of Oxa from the beginning of September not. It was said – „Currently, refunds are only available for new orders; old orders cannot be refunded.“
Please be aware with Hebei – currently I am sitting on lost funds because I cannot get what I need.

We offer refunds for orders that have been paid but not shipped.
For orders where the wrong item was shipped, we will resend the correct item or deduct the corresponding amount from the new order.

Oxa is not needed anymore. Refund cannot be done.
My only chance is to place a new order and get everything deducted.

A little perspective for those who have never dealt with addiction:
The ability to push a button and have lab-tested gear shipped to your door is a world away from the alternative:
Getting into a stranger's car (who's been up for three days) to buy a baggie of who-knows-what, hoping it's the right substance at the right weight. If it was bunk or you ended up dead, that's just the risk you take.
I'm just grateful that we have a system with public reviews, customer service, and some guarantee that the product is what it claims to be.
Let's be clear: we're committing a crime, not ordering takeout.

You are correct and not arguing your point but...
Do you believe this was an honest mistake or is it more likely there was no oxandrolone when the order was placed so they sent something else in it's place.
They expected to giggle while the customer complains to them privately and only now that they look bad publicly they are willing to rectify the mistake.

From a logistics perspective, it seems easier to put some other common compound (like Test) in the order, if the original item was OOS, than to try to communicate with the customer. And then just hope that they're okay with it.
Who knows, could have been a genuine mistake. My guess is it probably wasn't.
Is it morally acceptable behavior/good business practice? Absolutely not.
On the other hand, I'd rather the vendor put _something_ in my order than leave it out entirely. Ideally, they would refund me.
It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me why they can reship/give credit but not transfer funds.
Maybe some OP-SEC thing? But I imagine using a coin-mixer and sending BTC would take care of that.
Who knows, I'm sure there's a good (business) reason for it.

Placed an order in September, but still nothing. Eva is unable to communicate anything other than "will send the tracking number soon". Every week the same answer, no matter the question. No new info, nothing. I must presume that my order is lost, 1000 USD down the drain
