Isotretinoin is one of the most heat sensitive common drugs.
I haven't seen any bad tests for other Healing Pharma products, and while that's not to say there aren't any under / overdosed meds from them out there, Accufine has plenty of Jano tests showing correct potency.
This is NOT a drug you should order in the summer. It clearly says not
to store in temps over 77f (25c) on the box, lower than most other meds. Not only do Summer temps in India hit 120f, shipping containers can easily get to 140f (60C):
“Isotretinoin begins to break down after only a few days at 40 °C. Its structure is highly sensitive to elevated temperatures.”
“When stored at 45 °C, isotretinoin degraded by over 15% in 24 hours, even in sealed containers. Heat alone can destabilize it.”
“Exposure to 60 °C for just one day caused nearly 60% loss of isotretinoin, confirming its poor thermal stability even without light.”
