Hcg questions

Never used hcg before . Have plenty of experience with anabolics and peptides. I don’t want to use as pst but to incorporate into current heavy stack . Any thoughts on dose? Getting mixed advice , any where from 200iu to 5000 iu weekly

250-500iu 3x a week is the general guideline based on studies for maintaining and preserving testicular function. I would start at 250 and see what happens. fertility is a different beast as those doses easily get into the 1k+ IU 3x a week range

I Started HCG for the first time last month, ended up getting the China 10,000ius, put them in a peptide pen and take 930ius a week split EOD, working well for me

I’m running 1500iu HCG Pharma pregnyl alongside 300mg test c + GH right now I feel it’s a good enough dose for me. Also running an AI to cuz HCG is very estrogenic

Don’t know without the Ai and I do HCG 3 days a week and Test 2 days a week. Bigger plasma peaks lead to better anabolism, little baby doses all weeks leads to smaller peaks and overall reduced anabolism

Per my urologist when I was off testosterone for fertility: 500IU 2-3x a week is needed to maintain fertility. He mentioned many men came to him running the tried and true 250Iu 2xa week and where azoospermic whilst running TRT or AAS., myself included. Was on TRT for 8 years running 250 IU 2x/week and had a 0 sperm count, Zilch. The nice part was I ran 50mg clomid and 7000IU/week of HCG and had a 20million per ML count within 3 months of cessation of TRT. This was at 44 years old too.

Now as the proud father of a two year old I’m thankful to be back on TRT and using 1000iu/week of HCG , mainly for testicular size as they shrunk pretty quick once I came off the fertility protocol and back on TRT!

I tried 500iu 3 x week and it didn't do much, but 1000iu 3 x week definitely did the trick. My boys are hanging again.

I ran the 250IU 2x per week whilst on TRT. When I came off for fertility I bumped up that dose at first to 2500 IU 3x/week with Clomid. After a month of that I discontinued the clomid and upped the HCG to 3300 IU 3x/week. The urologist said due to insurance and whatnot he wouldn’t explore HMG but rather FSH first if I didn’t respond to the original treatment. I was older when beginning this process hence why I came off the test. I wanted the quickest turnaround possible and didn’t want to keep my wife waiting as she was a big older as well. From what the Dr told me if I was in my 20-30’s then dropping the test to 75-100mg week along with the fertility protocol would likely produce the desired results in 3-6months. The older you are and the longer your on definitely impacts recovery so that’s why I chose the cold turkey route. It really was quite easy, it’s much more mental than anything else coming off test/gear. I knew that I’d be back on once she was pregnant, I waited till she was 6 months along. What I glorious day it was to shoot that first 250mg shot of Test though after 9 months off!!
